This policy explains what happens to information when you play Tap It Right
(package com.gamersdiary.tapitright), published by Gamer’s Diary Games.
The short version: the game itself has no server and no account system. Your scores, coins and settings live on your phone. Everything that does leave your device goes to Google, to show adverts, to save your progress if you sign in to Play Games, and to take payment if you buy something.
Kept locally, in the app's own private storage. Not sent anywhere unless you sign in to Google Play Games (see below), and deleted when you uninstall the app.
| Service | What it involves | When |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob (adverts) |
Your device's advertising ID, device and app information, IP address and approximate location, used to select and measure adverts. Collected by Google, not by us — we never see it. | Whenever adverts are shown. Never if you buy the premium pack, which turns them off. |
| Google Play Games Services (leaderboards, saved games) |
Your Play Games player ID and display name, so scores can be attributed to you. Your coins, owned items, best scores and daily streak are stored in a saved game on your Google account. On the daily challenge you may also see the scores of Play Games friends, and they may see yours. | Only if you sign in to Play Games. Declining costs you the leaderboards and the cloud backup, nothing else. |
| Google Play Billing (purchases) |
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened; we never see your card, address or name. | Only if you buy something. |
We do not run analytics, crash reporting, or any server of our own. We do not sell data, and we have no way to identify you personally.
Tap It Right shows a banner, occasional full-screen adverts between runs, and optional rewarded adverts you can choose to watch in exchange for coins.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are asked before any advert loads whether you consent to personalised advertising. You can change that answer at any time: open Settings in the game and choose Ad privacy choices.
Wherever you are, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads. Buying the premium pack removes the banner and the full-screen adverts permanently.
Google's own explanation of how it uses data from apps is here: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Tap It Right is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The game is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the new version appears at this same address.
